Starting in the second half of the 6th Incheon Metropolitan Council, we plan to promote administrative activities with 3 principles of [policy council], [open council], and [responsible council], transcending the genuine function of the council that controls and checks the administrative authority, in order to be reborn as a council that is loved and trusted by the people.
