The quorum for the Steering Committee of the Incheon Metropolitan Council is limited to 13 people, and it currently consists of 13 members.

• Provision of investigation and collected data on the committee members at various inquiries requested in the committee
• Operation of the committee-led public hearings, seminars, meetings, etc.
• Other matters concerning the duties of the committee
